Try Something Deliciously Different- Thai-style Curry Beef & Pasta

Love Asian food but need to watch your budget? Enjoy the distinctively bold flavors of Thailand stir fry at a fraction of the cost (and still have leftovers to enjoy the next day!)

If you like a little heat with your meal, our new recipe for Thai-style Curry Beef & Pasta really delivers. Spicy Serrano pepper works beautifully in tandem with savory red curry chili paste and ginger root. (You can add as little or as much heat as you crave!)

The secret to any successful stir fry like this is having everything cut and prepped before you start sautéing. Begin with the vegetables, then choose your favorite meat and heat an oiled pan to a high temperature. While this month’s recipe calls for lean beef, you can use chicken, seafood, and pork, too. To keep veggies crisp, stir fry them and your meat separately. Once everything is cooked, add everything back to the pan for a quick warm up.

Dreamfields pasta is a quick and easy substitute for any Asian noodle, and it helps reduce the glycemic impact of the recipe at the same time. Al dente cooked Dreamfields Spaghetti, Linguine, or Angel Hair added near the end of cooking does the trick…a couple of quick tosses before serving and you are good to go!
